Process

1) Fill in form with information

2) I will contact you to go through the details of the commission and confirm everything once I get to your position on the waiting list.

3) A shipping address to me will be provided, you are responsible for adding insurance to the package and providing me with the tracking information.

4) I will confirm the arrival of the mouse and check its condition.

5) Cerakote process

6) I will provide photos of the finished product and confirm the shipping address.

7) I will ship out the package and provide you with tracking.

Turnaround

Once received, the mouse will typically take 4-7 business days to Cerakote.

Shipping

Shipping time is dependent on the option chosen. All packages will be shipped out with insurance. I'm not responsible for any delays.

Warranty

All Cerakote jobs will have a 1-year warranty against peeling, chipping, cracking, or flaking of the oven-cured H-series Cerakote finish. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or item damage, abuse, or misuse.

Shipping back to me is not covered by the international warranty. But, the return shipping will be covered for both international and domestic cases.
