Full coverage on all custom products. If there are any manufacturing defects or issues, you may contact us for repair or replacement. It does not cover theft, loss, regular wear and tear, or improper usage. Any unadvised modifications (didn't contact us prior to performing physical alterations) may void the warranty.


We will not charge shipping for warranty coverage on items with manufacturing defects. However, for non-manufacturing defect claims that are outside typical use (ie, damage caused by falling on a replica), we ask that you cover the return shipping (in cases where the item must be sent in) and the shipping to you. 


For second-hand items, we will need the original proof of purchase from either one of our retailers or us to process a warranty claim.

Repairs

In the case that your item does not fall under warranty, repairs for items are offered. Quotes for repair are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.
