Return Policy

General Policy

There is a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order page/proof of purchase.

For both US & International Customers

If your return is accepted, you must cover the shipping costs and handle the shipping process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, if you receive the wrong item, or if you are missing items. 
We’ll do everything we can to make it right. You will be credited for any return postage in the case that anything is returned to us. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Fully customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

It is recommended to return the item you have in an unused, unopened condition, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take 3-5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
