How do you empty your mags into the speedloader?

Twist the top cap until it clicks into the first position. A hole into the silo should open up, and you can then empty your mags via the cap’s nozzle.

Why aren’t my bbs feeding?

The feed wheel requires the silo to be vertical to fill the magazine.

My crank arm broke, where can I get a replacement?

The crank arm is the most common part to break and typically happens when the crank arm pops out it’s slot and is unsupported. Contact us for replacements at cs.alvinskicustoms@gmail.com
