Uppers - FAQ

Will that upper fit this receiver?

We can only guarantee that our uppers will fit the receivers they are tailored for. We like to keep tight tolerances to the receiver to minimize gaps and wobble; however, it makes our uppers less universal. It may be possible to fit our upper to other receivers with small modifications. 

Why doesn’t my upper fit the receiver it’s supposed to?

We’ve done our best to source different receivers and tailor our uppers to them. Unfortunately, your receiver may be a different spec than the one that we worked with. We’ll, of course, do our best to make it right. Luckily, our upper is modular, and it’s simple to change some parts to alter the fit.

Will the warranty cover my upper?

If the upper is damaged in a way that affects its function during normal gameplay, it will be fully covered. Some examples could be: 

• Frame/Carbon tube cracking from being shot

• Front thread piece popping out

• Receiver pin hole breaking from being assembled

As competitive players ourselves, we know that a lot can happen. Your upper can break from a rough dive, slamming on a bunker, or tripping and falling. So long as the damage wasn’t caused deliberately, we’re willing to help you out. Repairs and replacement parts will be provided at a significantly reduced cost.

Unfortunately, we can’t cover any cosmetic damage (dents, scuffs, wear) that occurs during normal gameplay.
